Millie and Mabell is an online women's clothing store based at 5 Wonderland Drive, Eastern Creek, NSW 2766, Australia. Our store is powered by Shopify.

Products and pricing
We aim to display our products, colours and prices as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may cancel the affected order. If we do, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order once we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we cannot verify your payment or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
You can ask us to change or cancel your order until it has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled, but you can return eligible items under our Return & Refund Policy.
Payment

Shipping

Returns and refunds
You can request a return of eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Millie and Mabell is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price you paid.
