Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 5:00 pm (AEST/AEDT) from Monday to Thursday are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 pm, or on weekends or public holidays, are processed the next business day.
Cut-off time is every Friday at 3:00 pm (AEST/AEDT). Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Transit time: 4–9 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods or for deliveries to regional and remote areas.
